At 40nine-Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and protective films to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center, ensuring you keep the tracking information.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
